FanLoop is an online streaming media service provided by AsiaPlay Taiwan Digital Entertainment Ltd (hereafter “the Company” or “we”). We offer services for searching and viewing digital vertical and horizontal video content. Users can upload, post, or transmit text, photos, user’s videos, recordings, and musical works contained therein, in accordance with the Company's rules. This comprehensive service, which includes all features, websites, user interfaces, and all related content and software, is collectively referred to as the "FanLoop Service."

The following privacy policy applies to the information obtained from or about you and your activities. This policy also mentions the relationship between the Company and third parties providing related FanLoop services. By visiting the FanLoop website or using the FanLoop service through any wireless network access point, you agree to the provisions of this privacy policy.

Information Collection

When you use FanLoop services, you agree that we may collect the following information from you and your activities:

• Information you provide to us: This may include your name, email address, date of birth, gender, phone number, payment method, and credit card information, as well as relevant proof when necessary. We collect this information in various ways, such as when you enter it while using our services, interact with our customer service, or participate in surveys or marketing promotions.

• Information you upload, post, or transmit on FanLoop: We process content you generate on the platform, including photos, audio and video you upload or create, opinions, hashtags, feedback, comments, and live streams, along with associated metadata, such as the time, location, and basis of content creation (hereinafter referred to as "User Content"). Even if you are not a user, information related to you may still appear in User Content created or posted on FanLoop by others. We collect User Content through preloading at the time of creation, import, or upload, regardless of whether you choose to save or upload that content, to recommend audio options and provide other personalized suggestions. If you apply effects to your User Content, we may collect versions of your content without those effects.

• With your permission, we may access content in your device's clipboard, including text, images, and videos. For example, if you choose to share content with a third-party platform or paste clipboard content into the platform, we will access this information stored in your clipboard to fulfill your needs.

• Information collected automatically: We collect information about you and your interactions with us and our advertisements, your use of our services, applications, websites, customer service, and information about your computer or other devices used to access our services (such as mobile devices and smart TVs). This information may include:

  • Your activities on the FanLoop service, including but not limited to your selection of video titles, viewing history of videos or ads, search history, your preferences for video genres, lists of your favorite actors/actresses and movies, and types of videos you upload.

  • Details about your interactions with customer service, such as the date, time, and reason for contacting us, any chat transcripts, and your phone number (if you contact us by phone).

  • Device ID or unique identifiers, device and software characteristics (such as type and configuration), connection information, web browsing statistics, referring URL, IP address, and standard web log information.

  • Information collected through the use of cookies, web beacons, and other technologies.

  • Any comments, information, opinions, ideas, analyses, technical data, or other communications you send to us, including responses to questionnaires or announcements you post on the FanLoop service or FanLoop website.

  • Image and audio information: We may collect information related to videos, images, and audio that are part of your User Content, such as identifying objects and scenes, facial and body features and attributes in the images, audio characteristics, and the words spoken in your User Content. We may collect this information to enable special video effects, content modifications, demographic classification, content and advertisement recommendations, and other non-personally identifiable operations.

• Information from your social media accounts: If you choose to connect one or more social media accounts (such as Facebook, Sign In With Apple, Instagram, Twitter) to your FanLoop account, and with your consent, we will obtain information from your social media accounts, such as basic personal information like your name.

• Information from other sources: We may obtain information from other sources to supplement the information collected from the above sources, including data obtained from online and offline data providers. This supplementary information may include demographic data and online browsing behavior. We may use this supplementary information for purposes consistent with this privacy policy, such as analyzing and understanding our current, past, and potential members; improving our services, content selection, recommendation algorithms, advertising, and marketing; and protecting us and our members from fraud and unauthorized access. We may also obtain information about you from others, including in User Content, direct messages, requests or feedback submitted to us, and other publicly available sources.

• Your information may be stored on servers located outside your country of residence.

• We will retain the collected information according to current laws and policies, based on the relevant retention methods and durations.

• We use the information we collect from you or about you to establish and enhance our relationship with you and to help provide a superior user experience. • CATCHPLAY Group: We may share your information among CATCHPLAY group companies to provide services to you (e.g., providing customer support, making service improvement decisions, content development decisions, and other uses as specified in this privacy policy).
