What should I do if I can't access FanLoop? What if I experience stuttering or crashes?

If you encounter issues such as constant loading, playback stuttering, or APP crashes, please ensure that both your FanLoop APP and device operating system are updated to the latest versions. 


If the problem persists, try the following steps:

  1. Restart the FanLoop app and your device.

  2. Check your internet connection by using a Speed Test to verify the current speed.

  3. Switch your network source (between personal hotspot and Wi-Fi) or restart your modem.

  4. Close any other running applications and restart your device.
